In August Tony Doan, the owner of Soi 25 Restaurant and Bar was the first business to use our new marketing platform which we’ll be launching later this month.
With the launch of his new Darlinghurst Thai eatery, Tony didn’t have much time to organise marketing, nor did he have a significant budget to spend. His primary focus was creating a premium experience for guests by the time he officially opened the doors on Victoria Street.
However, he was very aware he needed to attract customers immediately and promote his beautiful restaurant so it wasn’t sitting empty during launch.
Tony wanted to directly engage the local community to let them know about the opening and incentivise them to visit his restaurant during the opening weeks.

What’s next for Tony and Soi 25?
Tony is pretty chuffed with the results of his Beam marketing campaign, enjoying a full restaurant and many happy Beamers enjoying Soi 25’s fragrant Thai dishes.
Tony also immediately has access to feedback and insights from Beamers who redeemed their Soi 25 bonus. He can continue to run his New Customer Campaign which will only target Beamers that have never transacted at his store.
